Supplementary Forms for Provisional Recipients of FY2026 Fellowship

  • 各種変更届の提出期限：３月１８日（水）
※PD、RPD採用内定者の受入研究機関変更届の提出期限：２月１３日（金）
  • 研究者番号及び受入研究機関所属部局番号（特別研究員奨励費）の登録期限：３月１８日（水）
  • 採用手続情報の登録期限：３月３１日（火）
  • 必須書類の提出期限：４月７日（火）
※PD、RPD採用内定者の必須書類の提出期限：３月３１日（火）

採用見込証明書交付についての様式　Request for Certificate of Preliminary Selection

採用見込証明書の交付を希望する場合は、「特別研究員採用見込証明書交付願」を本会へ提出してください。
If you wish to receive a Certificate of Preliminary Selection, please submit the Request Form for the Certificate of Preliminary Selection as a JSPS Research Fellow to JSPS.

特別研究員採用見込証明書交付願
Request form for certificate of preliminary selection as a JSPS research Fellow		 証明書を使用する1週間前まで
At least one week before the presentation of the certificate is required		 電子メール（PDF）

JSPS Research Fellow		 証明書本紙が必要な場合は、必要分の切手を貼付した返信用封筒を送付すること。
If you will need an original copy of this certificate, you must send us a stamped reply envelope.
採用見込証明書交付申請用封筒表紙
Information to write on return envelope for certificate		 - - 特別研究員
JSPS Research Fellow		 返信用封筒を封入する封筒の表紙に必ず貼付すること。

採用見込証明書交付に関する注意事項について　Notes on Issuance of Certificate of Preliminary Selection

（１）発行には、採用見込証明書交付願の本会到着後、約一週間を要します。
　　     Issuing certificates usually takes about a week.
（２）奨学金の返還免除申請等、所属機関内での手続きについては電子申請システムの審査結果詳細画面より「審査結果通知書」をダウンロードしてお使いください。なお、「特別研究員審査結果通知書」は、所属機関（申請機関及び受入研究機関を含む）の授業料免除、日本学生支援機構の事務手続に利用できますが、他の用途（市役所への提出等）には利用できません。
　　     You may use a notice letter of your screening result for the tuition waiver procedure at your university or for the procedure for JASSO scholarships.
　　　 You can download the letter from the [審査結果詳細] screen in the JSPS Electronic Application System.
              You may use the Notice of Results for your tuition waiver process at the affiliated institution, including both the institution you applied from and your host research institution, as well as for administrative procedures with the Japan Student Services Organization. However, the Notice cannot be used for other purposes, such as submission to municipal offices.
（３）特別研究員と本会の間には雇用関係がありませんので、本会で証明することのできる事項は次の事項に限られます。
　　     Under this fellowship program, fellows are not employed by JSPS. The certificate we can issue you, if you should desire one, contains the following items.
　　・申請者の氏名（登録名・戸籍名）/Name
　　・生年月日 / Date of birth
　　・採用期間 / Fellowship Period
　　・受入研究機関 / Host Research Institution
　　・採用後申請者所属部局名 / Applicant's affiliated department during fellowship 
　　・受入研究者氏名 / Host Researcher's name
　　・研究課題名 / Title of your research
　　・研究奨励金額（日本円、月額） / The amount of monthly stipend (JPY)
