採用内定辞退 Declining a Provisional Fellowship Offer
提出前に、内定者本人から本会へメールで連絡を行った上で、受入機関を通じて提出してください。

特別研究員-RPD採用期間変更 Request for Change in RPD Fellowship Tenure
出産、育児に関する理由の場合のみ採用期間を変更できます。
提出前に内定者本人から本会へメールで連絡を行った上で、受入研究機関を通じて提出してください。

採用見込証明書交付に関する注意事項
Notes on the Issuance of a Certificate of Preliminary Selection
- 発行には、採用見込証明書交付願が本会に到着してから、約1週間を要します。
- 奨学金の返還免除等、所属機関内での手続きについては電子申請システムの審査結果詳細画面から「審査結果通知書」をダウンロードしてお使いください。（「審査結果通知書」は、市役所への提出等、他の用途には利用できません。）
- 特別研究員と本会の間には雇用関係はありませんので、本会で証明できる事項は次の事項に限られます。
- 申請者の氏名（登録名、戸籍名）
- 生年月日
- 採用期間
- 受入研究機関
- 採用後申請者所属部局名
- 受入研究者氏名
- 研究課題名
- 研究奨励金額（日本円、月額）
- 実際の証明書については、本会指定様式見本（PDF/53KB）、提出先指定様式見本（PDF/386KB）をご確認ください。
- 特別研究員制度をご存じない方に本制度を説明する際は、特別研究員制度の概要（PDF/280KB）をご利用ください。
Notes on the Issuance of a Certificate of Preliminary Selection
- Issuance of a Certificate of Preliminary Selection takes approximately one week from the date JSPS receives the Request Form for a Certificate of Preliminary Selection.
- For procedures within your institution, such as exemption from scholarship repayment, please download and use the "Notification of Screening Results" from the detailed screening results page in the JSPS Electronic Application System. The Notification cannot be used for other purposes, such as submission to municipal offices.
- As there is no employment relationship between JSPS Research Fellows and JSPS, the information that JSPS can certify is limited to the following:
- Name of applicant (registered name or legal name)
- Date of birth
- Fellowship tenure
- Host institution
- Applicant's affiliated department after commencement of the fellowship
- Name of host researcher
- Research project title
- Research grant amount (monthly amount in Japanese yen)
- For examples of actual certificates, please refer to the sample certificate in the JSPS-prescribed format (PDF/53KB) and the sample certificate in a recipient-specified format (available in Japanese only)(PDF/386KB).
- When explaining the JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists Program to those unfamiliar with it, please refer to the Overview of the Program (available in Japanese only)(PDF/280KB).
