令和9（2027）年度採用分特別研究員（PD、DC2、DC1）の第一次選考結果を電子申請システム（外部サイト）で開示しました。
申請者は、申請書作成時に使用したID・パスワードで電子申請システムにログインし、選考結果を確認してください。（ID・パスワードが不明な場合は、申請機関へお問い合わせください）
機関担当者も、電子申請システムで選考結果をご確認いただけます。
審査結果については郵送による通知は行っておりません。
The primary selection results of FY2027 Research Fellowship for Young Scientists (PD, DC2, DC1) have been released on the Electronic Application System (external site).
Applicants should log in to the Electronic Application System using the ID and password they used when preparing their application documents to check the selection results. (If the ID or password is unknown, they should contact their applying institution.)
Administrative staff at applying institutions can also check the selection results on the Electronic Application System.
Please note that selection results will not be sent by postal mail.

特別研究員-PD採用内定者向け注意事項（海外の大学の学位取得証明書について）
Important notices for successful applicants of Research Fellowship for Young Scientists(PD): Degree Certificate from a university outside Japan
- 特別研究員-PDは採用年度4月1日時点で博士の学位を取得していることが採用要件ですが、海外の大学からの学位取得証明書（又は学位記）の交付が令和9（2027）年4月2日以降となるケースでは、学位を授与する大学による「博士の学位を授与することが令和9（2027）年4月1日までに決定している」旨の証明（文書）が期日までに提出された場合には、学位取得証明書が交付されるまで、学位取得証明書の提出を猶予します。
- 国や大学によって状況が異なるため、どのような書類が「学位を授与する大学による『博士の学位を授与することが令和9（2027）年4月1日までに決定している』旨の証明（文書）」に相当するかについては、申請者（採用内定者）や申請機関担当者の考えで判断するのではなく、「申請に関するQ&A」1-13を確認し、それでも不明な点がある場合は、早目に本会までお問い合わせください。
Important notices for successful applicants of Research Fellowship for Young Scientists(PD): Degree Certificate from a university outside Japan
- For the Research Fellowship for Young Scientists(PD), a Ph.D. must be awarded by April 1 of the fellowship year. Applicants are required to submit their degree certificate by the specified deadline as part of the application process. However, if the Ph.D. is awarded by a university outside Japan after April 2, 2027, applicants may submit a certificate (or other document) issued by the degree-conferring university stating that the university has decided to confer a doctoral degree on you by April 1, 2027. In this case, the submission of the official degree certificate can be deferred until it is issued.
- Since the situation and rules regarding degree certificates vary by country, applicants (or the relevant contact at the applying institution) should not make their own judgment about which documents qualify as a certificate (or other document) issued by the degree-conferring university stating that the university has decided to confer a doctoral degree on you by April 1, 2027. We recommend referring to 1-13 in the Application Q&A. If you still have any questions, please be sure to contact us in advance.
