Follow-up

The WPI Program Committee meets annually to ascertain the state of project progress and recommend improvements when necessary.

Follow-up Process

followup_process
  • At Follow-up Meetings, the Program Committee interviews the center directors and the heads of the host institutions and receives a report from the Program Officers assigned to each project.
  • When deemed necessary, the Committee prepares a list of aspects that require improvement and conveys it to the subject center(s).

Program Director(PD), Deputy Program Director(DPD) and Program Officers(PO)

PD, DPD and POs (one for each center) have been assigned by JSPS to conduct the follow-up activities.
