平成28年度卓越研究員候補者選考の面接審査対象者については、7月4日（月）に、全申請者へメールにて面接審査対象者の課題IDを通知しました。
面接審査対象者は下記を確認の上、必要な書類の提出等を行ってください。なお、面接審査の対象とならない者への個別の結果通知については、面接審査終了後にe-Radにて御連絡する予定です。
卓越研究員事業に申請し、7月4日付けのメールが確認出来ない場合は、日本学術振興会研究者養成課卓越研究員係へ御連絡ください。

平成28年7月20日（水）～21日（木）　10時30分～17時00分
※各面接対象者の面接開始日時は、平成28年7月4日に面接審査対象者一覧に掲載の上、メールにて御連絡しています。
   ただし、各自の実際の開始時刻は若干前後する場合がありますので、予め御了承ください。
※各自の面接開始時刻の1時間前には受付を行ってください。（受付は9時30分からとします）
※出席に要する旅費は負担しません。

面接審査への出席又は辞退について、平成28年7月7日（木）12:00（日本時間）までに日本学術振興会研究者養成課卓越研究員係へ添付メールで御連絡ください。
また、出席者については、面接審査の結果、卓越研究員候補者となった場合の、研究機関への情報提供に関する同意書を作成し、出席届とあわせて電子媒体を7月7日（木）12:00までに添付メールにて提出し、面接当日に原本を御持参ください。同意書の作成に当たっては、「同意書作成上の注意」をよく御確認ください。

On the interview examination for the applicants of the 2016 Leading Initiative for Excellent Young Researchers program
Regarding the interview examination subjects who will be reviewed in the selection of the candidate researchers for the 2016 Leading Initiative for Excellent Young Researchers program, we emailed the list of interview examination subjects’ project IDs to all applicants on Monday, 4 July.

Each interview subject must carefully read the following information, submit the required documents and follow other necessary procedures. It should be noted that we will individually notify the screening results to the applicants who were not selected as the interview examination subjects on the e-Rad after the interview examination.
If there is an applicant of the 2016 Leading Initiative for Excellent Young Researchers program who cannot find the email notification sent on Monday, 4 July (JST) in his/her inbox, please contact the staff in charge of the program at the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.

○Interview examination dates and times: From 10:30 to 17:00, Wednesday, 20 and Thursday, 21 July, 2016
We issued the interview examination date and time of each subject on the list of interview examination subjects on 4 July, 2016 and emailed the same information to each of them. Please be noted that your interview might start slightly ahead of/behind time.
Each interview subject must arrive at the venue and come to the reception desk at least one hour before his/her interview starts. The reception desk will open at 9:30.
Expenses to travel to and from the venue will not be provided.

Please bring the following documents with you on the day of your interview examination. The submitted documents will NOT be returned to the applicant
✔Your presentation power point and your own notebook computer
✔15 hard copies of your presentation power point
         Please bring your own personal computer and other necessary devices to the interview venue as you
         will give your presentation by using a projector in addition to passing around the above handouts.

✔A certificate of: doctoral degree or PhD course maturity withdrawal. A photocopy of the certificate is acceptable in case of diploma.
✔A photocopy of the identification document, such as: a driver’s license, a passport and other relevant official document.

Please send a notification of presence/withdrawal attachment on an email to the staff in charge at Japan Society for the Promotion of Science by 12:00 (JST) on Thursday, 7 July, 2016.
 Each interview examination subject must complete a letter of consent on providing of information. Send the files as attachment to us along with the notification of attendance by 12:00, Thursday, 7 July to get ready in advance in case he/she passed the interview examination and became a candidate researcher for the program. Please note that you should also take your completed original letter with you on the day of your interview examination. In preparing for a letter of consent, please read through the “Points to notice in writing a letter of consent” carefully.
