JSPS Sweden Alumni Club (SAC) was established in 2005 by the initiative of former JSPS fellows, with the support of the JSPS Stockholm Office. The activities organized by SAC include seminars with invited Japanese speakers, General Assembly and Board Meetings, as well as the yearly Sweden-Japan Academic Network that is held in collaboration with JSPS Stockholm Office, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences (KVA) and the Embassy of Japan in Sweden.
