JSPS supports alumni associations in countries around the world. They hold periodic symposiums and participate in JSPS’s Bridge Program, which gives former fellows an opportunity to revisit Japan to advance their research and strengthen collegial relationships.

If you wish to join a JSPS alumni association, please contact a JSPS overseas office in your country or vicinity.

JSPS may formally recognize and support former JSPS program participants who are carrying out informal alumni activities in a country without an authorized JSPS alumni association. In such a case, if you wish to establish an alumni association, please contact at alumni＊jsps.go.jp
