The JSPS Alumni Club in Finland (or “ACF” for short) was founded in 2009 by former JSPS fellows with the support of the JSPS overseas office in Stockholm, Sweden. The club organizes seminars on various themes, board/general assembly meetings and is a co-organizer of the yearly All Alumni Meeting together with JSPS Stockholm Office, Academy of Finland and Hokkaido University Helsinki Office. In 2019, ACF celebrated its ten-year anniversary with a ceremony at the Academy of Finland in Helsinki.
Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, activities of JSPS alumni associations were severely restricted in FY2020.
