Host researchers and fellows nearing the end of the fellowship tenure are asked to fill out the appended questionnaire to verify the degree to which the program was able to contribute to advancing your research and to help us improve the program in the future. The information that you enter will be used for the sole purpose of making program enhancements; it will not be disclosed to the public. However, data compiled from the questionnaire to improve the program may be given public access.
