JSPS receives applications via its online application system. For details, please refer to "電子申請のご案内：国際交流事業" page. (*only in Japanese)
 

1. Please download the Application forms (Word file) and fill it out.
2. Please log in to the JSPS Online Application System (*only in Japanese), and input the required information on the "申請情報入力画面" (application information entry screen )
3. Please click the button "申請内容ファイル選択" (choose application contents file) on the screen to upload the filled-out file created in Step 1.
4. Check and confirm all the information you have input. If there are no errors, submit (transmit) the application form following the instructions on the screen.

JSPS accepts applications under the following schedule for Bilateral Joint Research Projects/Seminars.
*Please note that deadlines earlier than those stipulated in the Guidelines may be set by your affiliated institution.
*Under no circumstances will JSPS accept applications submitted after the deadline.
