JSPS Electronic Application System

Applications must be submitted to JSPS by a host researcher in Japan via the head of his/her university or institution.
The system will be available approximately two months before the application periods set by JSPS.

FY2023 Application Forms

On May 27, 2022, partial changes were made in the application forms for Invitational Fellowships for Research in Japan.
The old application forms are accepted, so it’s not necessary to remake the old forms into the new application forms.
The difference between the old and new application forms does not affect the selection process.

・”1 Purpose and Significance of the Invitation” in “Research Proposal Document” (S-2) of Invitational Fellowships for Research in Japan (Short-term)
