4th Annual Meeting of the GRC
On 26-28 May, the fourth annual meeting of the Global Research Council was held in Tokyo. It was attended by the heads of 56 science-promotion agencies hailing from 47 countries, who adopted two proclamations: “Statement of Principles for Funding Scientific Breakthroughs” and “GRC Approaches to Building Research and Education Capacity”
