Steps to Applying
Step 1: Select the grant category you prefer and download application form(s) posted below.
Step 2: Prepare your application and check you have completed it in full.
Step 3: Go to the JSPS Electronic Application System(hereinafter “the System”) after you have been issued with an ID and a password to the System by your affiliated institution.
Step 4: Fill out all fields on the web-based form and upload your complete application form(s) to the System.
Step 5: You can add co-investigator(s) to your planned project through the System, if necessary.
Step 6: Submit your application online by the deadline set by your institution. Once your application has been confirmed by your institution, you may not make any changes. You can check the status of your application through the System.
