9.Summary of Research Results
|
We have succeeded in the following results: 1. Direct fabrication of Li-double oxide films by electrochemical methods. 2. Direct fabrication of Li-double oxide films by hydrothermal methods. 3. BaTiO3/SrTiO3 films by electrochemical/hydrothermal ethods. 4. Layered BaTiO3/SrTiO3 films in flow-type hydrothermal/electrochemical cell. 5. Direct laser patterning of BaTiO3, SrTiO3 films in solutions. 6. Direct patterning of LiCoO2 by electrochemical method. 7. Direct patterning of Cds, PbS film by ink jet. 8. Hydrothermal synthesis of carbon nanotubes nanocells. 9. High purity synthesis of LiMnO3, BaTiO3, LiTaO3, etc., by polymerized complex methods. 10. Fabrication of new photo catalysis by polymerized complex method. 11. Preparation and characterization of various ferrite films by ferrite plating. 12. Ultrasonically assisted ferrite plating of ferrite on polymer globules. 13. Direct fabrication of porous apatite. 14. Layered PbO2/TiO2 film by electrochemical deposition. 15. Fixiation of CO2 by CaSiO3 with SiO2 production. These results have been published in >300 papers and 12 patents, and several international symposia. Our project can be concluded to be quite successful. |
