SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES
The Treatment Program Area continues to direct its attention to a broad range of therapeutic topics, including new chemotherapy, combined modality approaches, biochemical pharmacology, and application of modern medical technologies. Chief emphasis remains on scientific seminars and exchange scientists in selected areas. During the past year three seminars were held dealing with gastrointestinal cancer treatment, new drugs and antitublin agents, and breast cancer treatment.
