1. What prompted you decide to participate in the "JSPS Science Dialogue" program?

Many reasons pushed me to participate to this program. One of these reasons was my motivation to be in contact with high school students.

2. To what did you give greatest attention in preparing and giving the lecture?

I spent some days in order to prepare a presentation that can be understood by high school students.

3. Did you find it difficult to give a lecture in English to Japanese students? Could you give some advice to future lecturers on how to facilitate communication with Japanese students?

I enjoyed the time that I spent with them. I think that the key idea to success this kin of lectures is to use simple English and to try to create at friendly atmosphere with students.

4. Could you give your impression with regard to participating in this program?

I was a great pleasure for me to give this lecture and I am ready to do it again.

5. Was it meaningful in terms of your fellowship activities?

Yes.

6. In what ways do you think the students benefited from the program?

First, I think that this program allows the students to have an idea about research and also to discover some research fields. It is also a good opportunity for them to practice
