1. What prompted you decide to participate in the "JSPS Science Dialogue" program?
I want to closely contact the Japan high school students and understand their campus life.
2. To what did you give greatest attention in preparing and giving the lecture?
I want to make the lecture more interesting and easily understood, so I took much time to prepare many beautiful images and pictures.
3. Did you find it difficult to give a lecture in English to Japanese students? Could you give some advice to future lecturers on how to facilitate communication with Japanese students?
I didn’t feel it difficult to give a lecture in English to Japanese students. If you prepare Japanese translation of some important slides, It will be better for communication with students.
4. Could you give your impression with regard to participating in this program?
I love this program and for me it is a precious chance to closely contact Japan high school.
5. Was it meaningful in terms of your fellowship activities?
Yes, it was very meaningful.
6. In what ways do you think the students benefited from the program?
Maybe their curiosity to conduct research was enhanced and their knowledge was widened.
7. Could you give some overall advice or comments to future participants in the program?
Careful preparation of slides with interesting contents and simple language;
Slow speaking speed and detailed explanation;
Friendly discussion with the students.
