The Center conducts surveys of science-policymaking bureaus and science-promotion agencies in other countries.

EVALUATIONS

The Center conducts evaluations across a broad spectrum of JSPS’s fellowship and grant programs.

Drafting Reviewer Lists

The Center’s researchers recommend specialists to review applications for JSPS programs, such as Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research, Research Fellowships for Young Scientists, international scientific cooperation, and other JSPS programs.

One of the principal roles of the director and deputy directors is to communicate JSPS’s views and policies to academia and the public.
